Annual Turf Maintenance Program

• Application #1
  (March – April)
  Includes a pre-emergent weed preventer, a post-emergent weed control to kill existing weeds, an organic micronutrient fertilizer, a nitrogen fertilizer, an and organic bio-stimulant to encourage microbe activity and enhance fertilizer availability in the soil.
• Application #2
  (May – June)
  A reapplication of Application #1, PLUS a product to control grubs, ticks, and other turf damaging insects.
• Application #3
  (Beginning of Summer)
  Post-emergent application to kill existing broadleaf and grassy weeds and an organic bionutrient soil amendment to enhance root development and improve stress tolerance of turf.
• Application #4
  (Mid Summer)
  A post-emergent application to kill existing broadleaf and grassy weeds, an organic micronutrient fertilizer, and an organic bio-stimulant to encourage microbe activity in the soil to enhance root development and improve stress tolerance of turf.
• Lime Application
  (August)
  Apply an enhanced calcitic limestone to turf area to maintain soil pH
• Aerate, Overseed, & Fertilize
  (August – September)
  Core aerate, install Certified Fescue Blend Seed, and Fertilize
• Turf Winterizer Application
  (mid October)
  Fertilize turf area with a slow release granular turf winterizer
